Workshop Terms
These Workshop Terms apply in addition to our general Terms of Service to any workshop or mechanic profile listed on MexanikAZ, and to the person or business that manages that profile ("the workshop").

This is a pre-launch draft describing the MexanikAZ product as currently built. It is not legal advice, and it must be reviewed by a qualified Azerbaijani lawyer — and updated with final company details — before the product is publicly available.
Independent business relationship
A workshop listed on MexanikAZ is an independent business. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship between the workshop and MexanikAZ.
Accuracy of your profile
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your workshop profile — including your name, address, contact details, services offered, and any pricing information you choose to display.
Responding to appointment requests
You are responsible for responding to appointment requests in a timely manner and for honoring any appointment you accept, subject to your own scheduling and capacity.
Pricing and repair services
MexanikAZ does not process payments, generate estimates or invoices, or manage repairs on your behalf. You are solely responsible for quoting, pricing, performing, and warranting your own services.
Legal and regulatory compliance
You are responsible for holding any licenses, permits, insurance, and tax registrations your business requires, and for complying with applicable consumer-protection and trade laws.
Customer interactions and disputes
You are responsible for your own customer service and for resolving disputes with customers who contact you through the app. MexanikAZ is not a party to your agreements with customers and does not mediate pricing or repair disputes.
Reviews
You may not offer incentives for positive reviews, submit reviews about your own business or a competitor, or otherwise attempt to manipulate ratings. You may report a review you believe violates our Review and Moderation Policy.
Verification and moderation
MexanikAZ may check basic details on your profile and may suspend, hide, or remove a workshop profile that violates these Terms, contains inaccurate information, or receives credible complaints.
No guarantee of leads or ranking
MexanikAZ does not guarantee any number of appointment requests, a particular position in search results, or any business outcome from being listed.
Termination
You may ask to have your workshop profile removed at any time. We may also suspend or remove a profile for the reasons described above.
