Account Deletion Policy
This policy explains how to request deletion of your MexanikAZ account and what happens to your data afterward.

This is a pre-launch draft describing the MexanikAZ product as currently built. It is not legal advice, and it must be reviewed by a qualified Azerbaijani lawyer — and updated with final company details — before the product is publicly available.
Your right to delete your account
You can ask to have your MexanikAZ account deleted at any time, for any reason.
How to request deletion
Send a deletion request from the email address associated with your account to [Support email]. We may ask you to confirm your identity before processing the request.
What we delete
Once a deletion request is confirmed, we delete your account profile, saved vehicles, VIN entries, AI-assisted diagnosis history, and notification tokens, within [Deletion processing period — to be set].
What may be retained
Reviews you have posted may remain visible in an anonymized form, so that other users' access to workshop feedback is not disrupted, unless you separately request their removal. We may also retain limited records where required by law, to resolve an open dispute, or to prevent fraud — see our Data Retention Policy.
Workshop accounts
If your account manages a workshop profile, deleting your account will also remove that profile from public listing, subject to any active appointment requests being resolved first.
This does not change your rights
Requesting deletion does not affect any legal rights or obligations that arose before deletion, such as an unresolved complaint.
