Stop driving and seek help immediately if you notice
Fire or visible smoke from the vehicle; a strong fuel smell; brake failure or brakes that feel soft, spongy, or unresponsive; severe engine overheating; loss of steering control; or any other symptom that feels unsafe to continue driving.
Call for professional or emergency help
In any of the situations above, pull over safely as soon as possible, stop the engine, move away from the vehicle if there is a fire risk, and contact your local emergency services or a professional roadside/towing service. Do not wait for an AI-assisted diagnosis or a workshop response.
MexanikAZ cannot dispatch emergency help
The app has no connection to emergency services and cannot see your location in an emergency. It cannot summon help on your behalf.
AI guidance and workshop information are not a substitute for judgment
Neither the AI-assisted diagnosis feature nor any workshop's listed information is a substitute for your own judgment about whether it is safe to continue driving. When in doubt, stop and seek professional help.
