Account and profile data

AI-assisted diagnosis history

Appointment requests

Reviews
Kept while visible on a workshop's profile; see our Account Deletion Policy for what happens to a review after you delete your account.
Notification tokens
Kept while notifications are enabled on your device, and removed when you disable notifications, sign out, or delete your account.
Backups
Data may persist in encrypted backups for a limited additional period of [Retention period — to be set] after deletion from live systems, for disaster-recovery purposes only.
Legal holds
We may retain specific data beyond these periods where required by law, requested by a competent authority, or needed to resolve an active dispute.
