Review and Moderation Policy
This policy explains who can leave a review on MexanikAZ, what we expect from review content, and how we moderate reviews.

This is a pre-launch draft describing the MexanikAZ product as currently built. It is not legal advice, and it must be reviewed by a qualified Azerbaijani lawyer — and updated with final company details — before the product is publicly available.
Purpose of reviews
Reviews help other users evaluate a workshop based on real customer experiences. They are not a substitute for confirming pricing, availability, or repair details directly with the workshop.
Who can leave a review
Only a user whose appointment with that workshop has been marked complete can leave a review for it. This is designed so reviews reflect an actual visit.
What a review should contain
A review should honestly describe your own experience. It must not contain hate speech, threats, another person's private information, unlawful content, or claims you know to be false.
Reporting a review
Any user or the workshop concerned can report a review that appears to violate this policy, using the report option in the app.
Moderation actions
After a review is reported, or if we otherwise become aware of a likely violation, we may hide, restore, edit for policy reasons, or permanently remove it. We aim to review reports promptly, but we do not guarantee a specific timeframe or outcome.
Consequences for policy violations
Repeated or serious violations of this policy — by a customer or a workshop — may lead to suspension of the account responsible, in line with our Terms of Service.
No guarantee of completeness
MexanikAZ does not guarantee that every workshop has reviews, that all reviews are shown, or that a rating reflects every customer's experience.
