What MexanikAZ is
MexanikAZ lets you save your vehicles, describe a problem to get AI-assisted preliminary guidance, discover and view independent repair workshops, send appointment requests, and leave a review after a completed appointment. MexanikAZ does not perform repairs and is not a workshop itself.
AI-assisted diagnosis is not professional advice
Guidance generated by the AI-assisted diagnosis feature is informational and preliminary only. It is not a professional inspection, a guaranteed diagnosis, repair instructions, or an emergency service. See our AI Diagnosis Disclaimer for full detail.
Vehicle safety comes first
If your vehicle shows a dangerous condition — such as fire, smoke, a fuel smell, brake failure, severe overheating, or loss of steering — stop driving and seek professional or emergency help immediately. Do not rely on the app in an emergency. See our Vehicle Safety and Emergency Warning.
Workshops are independent businesses
Workshops shown in the app are independent third parties, not employees or agents of MexanikAZ. They are responsible for their own services, pricing, availability, legal compliance, and interactions with customers. See our Workshop Terms.
Appointment requests
An appointment request is a request to a workshop, not a confirmed booking or a contract for repair services. A workshop may accept, reject, or the request may be cancelled by either side. MexanikAZ is not a party to any agreement you reach with a workshop.
Reviews and moderation
You may leave a review after an appointment is marked complete. Reviews must reflect a genuine experience. We may report, hide, restore, or otherwise moderate reviews as described in our Review and Moderation Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app — including submitting false information, attempting to manipulate reviews, abusing AI-assisted diagnosis usage limits, or interfering with the app's systems.
Account suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or our other policies, or that we reasonably believe poses a risk to other users or to the service. You may delete your own account at any time — see our Account Deletion Policy.
No guarantees
MexanikAZ does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-assisted guidance, or the quality, availability, pricing, or outcome of any workshop's services. The app is provided "as is" and "as available".
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, MexanikAZ is not liable for losses arising from your use of AI-assisted guidance, your dealings with a workshop, or your reliance on any content in the app.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product changes. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
